Veteran cinema industry solutions provider, Cinema Equipment and Supplies [CE+S], has announced a deal with Goodrich Quality Theaters to deploy Cielo proactive monitoring and premium technical support across their 275 screen circuit. Goodrich Quality Theaters is the 16th largest circuit in North America in Box Office Pro’s “Giants of Exhibition: The Fab 40” with theaters operating in cities in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri.

Cielo is a cloud based platform from CE+S that gives digital cinema owners and managers visibility into their theatre operations from anywhere with an internet connected device. Cielo proactive monitoring and support keeps exhibitors on top of and ahead of issues before they become missed shows.

“The ability to oversee theater operations remotely is a paramount issue and you can’t be everywhere at once,” explains Martin Betz, COO, Goodrich Quality Theaters. “Cielo addresses this issue. This is the beginning of a great partnership with Goodrich Quality Theaters and CE+S.”

“We’re ecstatic to have such a respected company as our customer and we’re thrilled to support their business with Cielo,” says Alex Younger, VP of Sales at CE+S. “Cielo is really going to streamline monitoring and support for Goodrich.”
